Dear Colleague,
Skill Matrix is a concept in which the list of key skills and competencies are mapped for required level/ desired level Vs Actual. This is a good tool to administer if really want to develop the Employees to required level/ desired level/ perfection level etc by suitable interventions of providing required Technical skills. The objective and purpose to be explained to the employees well in advance and if it is done after enrolling them to the concept, the it will go successful. It can be applied to Banking Sector too. If you are a Public Sector Bank then there may be resistance from Unions and Association which you might need to over come for this good cause.
