You not only need a disciplinary policy but also disciplinary rules. They have to be drafted keeping in view the nature of the operations, history, the size, and issues of the organization, etc. There are legal implications in framing them, so provide this information and you can get them drafted by professionals.

Dear colleague,
I have prepared this policy for one of my clients on professional charges. While there are certain aspects of the policy that are common to every organization, certain others have to be tailored to the organization-specific needs.
If interested, call me on 9819192018 for further details.

Dear Bhavana,
I too agree with Mr. KK!HR; your establishment needs both the disciplinary policy and the disciplinary rules.
The drafting of policy and rules for an establishment depends on factors such as the type of business, its nature of operations, the problems and issues present within the organization, as well as personnel administration. The policy and rules should be framed in accordance with the Acts & laws that are in force. You should contact the labor office to obtain a copy of the standing orders for your reference and understanding. If needed, you can also have them drafted by professionals. Mr. Vinayak Nagarkar can assist you with this.
Please let me know if you need further clarification.
Best regards,

You need to develop a policy specific to your organization and its requirements. This is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Cutting and pasting something from another organization can lead to problems and unintended consequences.
