You wanted an agreement for the sale of scrap. However, are you a buyer or seller? What type of scrap does your company generate or collect?
The companies that collect scrap are generally not that organized to have a contract agreement. Most of the time, it is a verbal agreement. However, if you wish to have proper documentation, then you may ask the buying company to submit a quotation. Get the quotation approved by the competent authority, and this should serve your purpose.
However, if it is e-waste or has chemical contents, please check the provisions of the Pollution Control Board (PCB). The scrap dealer should have a proper license to collect and dispose of the scrap. In such a case, the scrap dealer should mention the method of disposal of the scrap in their quotation.
