Dear Sir/Madam,

I am in urgent need of a draft copy of an agreement to be entered into with the Labour Contractor for the employment of labor through the contractor. The labor will be engaged in manufacturing activities such as machine operation, quality checking, housekeeping, loading and unloading, labor required in stores, maintenance, finishing, packing department, etc. We currently have a small workforce on our payroll performing the same nature of jobs as that of contract labor. We intend to recruit the rest of the labor on a contractual basis.

If anyone could assist me by providing a copy of the agreement, please send it to my email ID .

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Best regards,
M.A. KULKARNI

Dear Kulkarni,
As per your version, you seem to be in the HR department. Even if you are not in HR, it is always advisable to draft a copy of the agreement yourself and seek suggestions from the forum. Seniors are always there to help you.

However, also check one thing: you are stating a labor supply agreement and on the other side, you are stating their services to be in quality, machine operation, etc., which are core functions. Please take necessary steps to ensure (check for the license of the labor supplier) that it is a valid agreement being entered into.
