Yes, employers shall seed the Aadhar numbers of PF contributing members and verify them with UANs to file the ECR with effect from 01 June 2021. The Central Government, via notification no. CGDL-E-04052021-226829 dated 03 May 2021, has enforced Section 142 of the Code on Social Security, 2020.
