Though you have asked for a query, you have not written your field of activity. Is it HR, Marketing, SCM, Finance, etc.?
Now coming to the solution. There is no single book that will teach you how to handle the challenges of the senior position. Nevertheless, you can read business newspapers or magazines. Occasionally, there could be an article on how a particular company handled some issue. You may tell your company to subscribe to a few business dailies. But you need to have time to sift through those.
