Dear Sir, One of our employees went on leave on 07th Nov 2020 till 31 march 2021.. and kept on postponing his leave, sent several reminders to join duty but kept assuring us that will join duty after 10 days and 15 days.
In March 2021 terminated his service by serving notice, From 07th Nov 2020 to 31 Mar 2021 salary not processed as Loss of Pay and in PF contribution marked as 0 and marked as Full NCP days.
Now I want to exit is membership in PF
My query is : What would be the exit date for him?
07th Nov 2020 which actually he was present or the 31st March 2021.
