I need your help. In my current organization, they are saying to report daily to the office. Currently, I am responsible for recruitment and employee relations in a domestic BPO. I have a baby and an elderly person at home, and cannot take the chance to report to the office daily during this pandemic. I secured this job after a 3.5-year gap due to maternity.

I really want to pursue my career. If I do not report, they will not consider my employment. Kindly suggest.
