Dear Member,

Please find attached the sheets showing CTC of 15 L and 30 L. The PF is frozen in both sheets. Annual LTA is considered equal to one month's Basic. Other important factors are mentioned specifically (as applicable).

Hope this will meet your requirements; otherwise, you can make necessary changes.

Dear All,

I need to create a compensation breakup structure for the financial year 2022-2023. Can anyone help me out with the compensation structure template in which I can figure out the breakup components as part of CTC?

- Basic: 50% of CTC
- HRA
- Employer PF: 12% on 15000
- Professional Tax
- LTA

If we include the Flexi Basket like Driver Salary, Fuel, Car Maintenance, Mobile, Uniform Allowance, Other allowances with applicable limits (i.e., from which CTC we can use these components and what will be the maximum limit we can place).

Dear Sabnam,

Professional Tax is not part of CTC. It is paid by the employee, not spent by the employer for the employee.

Until Labour codes are implemented, your approach is okay. After the implementation of Labour codes, it may be required to revisit the entire remuneration structure.
