hI I am working in hospital where we have nearly 2000 staffs. we are planning to give employee of the month award (other than doctors). but i am finding it very difficult to assess, since we have Nurses, clerks ,Pharmacists, house keeping staffs etc and size is also very huge. Please help me in this matter . How can i go ahed , any sample assessment formate or any test or interviews. Please suggest me. awaiting for the reply. Thanx, Suchetha.
