Training is Need-based. Training entails Costs in terms of money, Time, Efforts & Return on Investment. Hence, it is advisable that you take up Training Needs Identification Exercise.t Identify those Who Need Training aimed at Improving their Competency & their Skills Inventory in consultations with the Immediate Supervisor/Manager of each who Needs knowledge & skills refinement.

Then Record Training Needs you identified, Obtain Approvals, Plan schedule keeping in mind that Manning and output are not disrupted due to Release of Trainees from their Workplaces, and finally whether Training Inputs Workshops shall be conducted by your Internal Resource or you need to engage External Trainers competent in required Domain. Seek Trainer's Inputs about
Participants to build on future Training.
