Was looking for some formats/templates in excel / word for Skills inventory and training calendar.
Our company is just 10 years old, Human Resources Policies has just started in our company. We are planning to give some training to our programmers.
First training i gave was on Communication skills, could you please tell me which next part of information should i cover.
