I resigned from a company in 2016 after serving complete notice period. But still I haven't received my full & final. I have already sent many mails but they are not replying. Company head office was in Mumbai & I was posted in Chandigarh Branch. Company was in financial crisis because of SEBI raid(not coz of revenue issue, they were still earning well). I left the organisation after continuous delay in salary. But they are not paying my fnf amount. They also closed their chandigarh branch in 2018. I visited to labor office Chandigarh in 2017 to register a complaint. But they told me that they can take complaints for those employee who are getting below 15k salary. you have to go to court. Please suggest what is the best possible way out. I already tried to communicate with them but no one giving any response. TIA.
