On 28 April 2010 I gave my resignation 2 days before I quit job. As per the rule of my organization on my appointment letter I can leave job any time by giving them one month’s basic salary. I have worked for the company for 3 years. Now they are not paying me remaining salary and PF of 3 years. What legal action I can take against company.

Hi Anil,
first of all you send them one request letter through mail or registered post to make full n final settelment.
If they deny to make full n final so after one week send second letter n in second request take reference of your first letter and inform them to reply with in a week with reason why they are not making your full n final.
even then if they not reply send them one legal notice on behalf of written communication you did with company through advokate or labour officer of your area.
I ensure you by doing this you can get your full n final settelment
