Sir, In our office till July 2019 only 2 employees are working and we are deducting there PF contribution and depositing the same in time every month, but from Aug 2019 both the employees left the job and we had closed the office and further there is no working in the office. So please any one can help me and inform that what are the formalities for surrender of EPF a/c no. and whether we have to file NIL employees return, if yes, then how to fill it and what are the minimum charges we have to pay for that and if there is any other legal formalities to reduce our liabilities, please inform according.
