My PF number is WB/CAL/0054593/0000007. I was working for Fire & Safety Management (a partnership firm). I don't know about the establishment code.
Please help me out to get the establishment code or let me know how I can obtain the address where my PF is maintained.

I am Vikas, working as a clerk at Shri Anand Sanjay Nuli. My wife, Smt. Vidya, is employed as a computer operator at S.K. Motors, B 16/3, GT Rd, Jhilmil Industrial Area, Delhi - 110095, near Jhilmil Metro Station. My wife has submitted a maintenance application before the Karkarduma Court, Delhi. I am unable to prove in court that she is working at the aforementioned address. Please assist me in establishing the office and EPF number for the said establishments.
