Dear all,
There was a paper industry that was performing well in the past, but now, due to some reasons, the company has been locked out, and employees (permanent employees as per the labor act) have not been receiving their salaries for the last 5 years. Is there any law to ensure that the employees receive their salaries?
Please help me out.

The poster should explain what he means by "company locked out": is it that the company stands suddenly closed and not functioning for the last five years or only a certain number of employees were selectively locked out by the company while others are still allowed to work?
Besides, the following questions require exact answers: Is there any dispute pending conciliation or adjudication on this issue? Whether any notice of closure or lockout was issued by the company before the event? What's the total number of employees affected? Any trade union representing the employees?
