May I request you to please consider deleting "discrepancies" in the Policy Statement posted by you relating to the Provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and gazetted on 9.12.2013? The discrepancies are not only ultra vires but are contrary to the Provisions and may mislead some of the Readers of your Post. The Provisions of the said Act of 2013 apply to Every Workplace in India, including Households/Residence employing Woman Househelp, for instance, and govern Every Employer. The nomenclature of the Committee has since been amended in May 2016, and the New Legal Nomenclature is "Internal Committee." Further, Inquiries into SH Complaints are to be conducted by the Internal Committee in accordance with the Principles of Natural Justice and the Procedures prescribed for such Internal Inquiries.
