Can anybody help me understand if my company has been operating for the last 2 years but due to problems, we have no work for the next 3 months, is there a compulsion to pay a minimum amount for ESIC Contribution? Kindly help me.

Thank you for your kind support. We have heard that there is a minimum amount of Rs. 75 that we must pay every month in this case to avoid interest and damages under C19 and D19. Is this statement correct?
