Dear senior, Our company has not paid an employee ESIC contribution for the last 1 year. He sends a complaint about the same to the ESIC office.
He has join our company from oct-2019 but due to clerical mistake his esic ip number was not generate. After his request in march-21, we have generated his new IP number after generated the IP number he sent a complaint to the ESIC office for the same.
His salary on oct-19 Rs. 17508/- deduction 1800/- (epf) & Rs. 132/- (esic) = 15576/- neft transfer in account.
Please advise me that what are the interest and damages charges are been paid to ESIC.
