I worked for less than 5 months as a Software Developer for a company. However, I left because I could no longer bear the unhealthy work culture, as it was affecting my health. I informed them and initially took a few days of leave, but it ended up extending to 2-3 days, and eventually, I informed them that I would be leaving. They accepted my decision. However, after a few days, they did not provide my salary and claimed that I was absconding.
My question is, should I include this work experience in my resume? The company I am applying to may have a greater chance of selecting me if I mention this experience. What are your thoughts? Do the pros outweigh the cons, or is it the other way around?
