I have newly jointed in a manufacturing unit and i am under probation. From 31st of August till 8th of Sept i was on leave. 1st Sept (Sunday) and 2nd was a holiday i joined office on 9th Monday. Please clarify met whether 1st, 2nd Sept'19 is taken into account for deduction of my salary.

Dear Anonymous,
As per the leave policy if you want to avail any weekly off or a festival holiday you should be mandatory present on either side of the weekly off or festival holiday.Hence as you said that you are continuously on leave and not present on either side side your above mentioned dates will be treated as salary deduction,but if your company has a policy mentioning something other than this then you can do as per the policy.
