hi i am working with one pvt ltd company at Bangalore last 5 months. as per my contract probation period as only 3 months but till i didn't receive my job confirmation letter so far. at same i didn't receive my 3 months salary also. so i thinking to relive from them. please what time slot i should give as a notice period for in my resignation letter.
