I'm currently working with the Manufacturing co.in Pune for HR Coordinator profile. I'm very much new to this PF & ESIC terms. According to the new PF rule of Indian Govt there will be PF deduction of 12% on the allowances comes under the monthly salary breakup. What are those allowances?
Can anyone send me the salary breakup for a monthly calculation purpose. We are total 15 employees.
