Hi, [Pardon me about my English]. I have an issue before that; let me briefly detail about me. My graduation year is 2014 with some backlogs I cleared in 2017. Coming to the question. I'm working in XYZ company, and I got an offer in ABC company. For that, I put some fake experience from 123 company.
I have a PF account in XYZ that is 2.4 years old, and I withdrew that money 4 months back. I have a UAN number that links only with Aadhar, not PAN card. Can I create a new UAN number? If not, please help me out with this. "Before answering me, please read the story below."
I'm good in one technical domain. After my graduation, I tried some companies with my backlogs, my bad luck, but I didn't receive a call. At that time, I used to work as a delivery boy and also taught my friends about technical stuff to get a job; they got one, but no job for me. After one year, I joined a small, worthless company as an EDP with no work (not related to my domain) with an 8k salary. After getting my graduation, I tried with genuine skills and genuine experience, but no one hired me. Even if I got a call, they asked me about my company and avoided the interview schedule for 2 years; I faced the same problem. After that, I put some fake experience, and I got a job. I know this is wrong, but as a skilled candidate, I don't have a choice, and this is the only option to get a job.

Hi,
Submission of a fake certificate is not right or ethical, regardless of any justification you may have. If your Aadhar is already linked to your old Office UAN number, then your new employer will not be able to allot a new UAN. The website will show the availability of your last UAN.

Hi,
Okay. Please don't do this again. With regard to UAN, please check whether your past employer allotted any UAN number. If UAN has not been allotted, you will be in a safer zone. If UAN has already been allotted and is linked with Aadhar, then you have no other option.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply is incorrect. The UAN (Universal Account Number) is portable and remains the same throughout an employee's career, irrespective of changing jobs. It is linked to the individual and not the employer. It is not advisable to create a new UAN if one already exists. It is recommended to consolidate all PF accounts under one UAN for ease of management.Engage with peers to discuss and resolve work and business challenges collaboratively - share and document your knowledge.
