Hi Gaurav,
Q1 - An apprentice is one who undergoes training in an organization as part of their curriculum, especially during the last year of their course. Apprentices are eligible for a fixed stipend.
A trainee is someone who joins an organization as a fresher and undergoes a formal training program. Trainees are eligible for a salary as fixed by the company.
Apprentices are not eligible for any statutory benefits. Trainees are eligible for PF/ESI/Gratuity benefits, and the training period is to be considered as part of the service period. Trainees placed on regular rolls cannot work for multiple companies at a time. However, trainees placed on a part-time assignment may work for multiple companies subject to time feasibility.
Q3 Manager - a person responsible for controlling or administering an organization or group of staff. A supervisor - a person who supervises a person or a small group. In the normal course, managers are not eligible for overtime wages considering their salary part and by the virtue of their role and responsibility.

Q1 - Difference Between Apprentice and Trainee
An Apprentice is one who has been recruited as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, and is being governed by the rules as framed under the said Act. Whereas the Trainee is one who has been recruited by any organization to work as a Trainee and undergo the training as per the rules of the organization. He is not recruited under any status and governed by the rules as per the terms of employment. On completion of the training period, his services may get terminated, or he may be absorbed or put on probation in the company's employment as per the terms of the employment as a Trainee.
Q2 - Are trainees and apprentices eligible for the following: Bonus, ESIC, PF, Gratuity? If they want to work part-time for more than one company on the same day, is it possible?
Apprentices recruited under the Act are not eligible for Bonus, P.F., Gratuity, and ESIC. However, they need to be covered under the Workmen Compensation Act, 1923, against any injury while undergoing training. Trainees are eligible to get the benefit of Bonus, P.F., and ESIC and need to be covered under the provisions of these statuses. However, the trainee period being less than 5 years makes them ineligible for Gratuity.
