Hi! Definitely, PA has a positive effect on productivity. But this PA must be good and devoid of the negative connotations that have been haunting it all those years. That's why in our system, we have moved forward to PMS (Performance Management System) rather than plain PA activity. PA in our system is only the second stage of a FIVE (5) STAGE PMS program.
