I am planning to make EL only one category of leave, instead of PL, CL and SL what is the minimum allowance which I have to adhere for Bangalore location.Kindly advise.

Hi Venugopal If your employer come under the purview of shops and establishment act then compulsorily you need to follow leaves as stipulated by the Act.

Dear Lakshminarayanan, Thank you for highlighting. The organization is categorized under Karnataka S&E Act.
Which mentions SL as 12 (During the first twelve months of continuous service)
Earned / Privileged Leave as 18 with maximum carry forward of 30 days.
CL -NA .
1. Can the leaves be maintained under one category.
2.or the PL and SL the leaves category has to be maintained.
