Hi,
I have prepared a project on "Measuring Training Effectiveness".
But most of the points that I have noted by google cite is some what related to "Training Need Analysis".
Kindly help me as I have the confusion that Measuring Training Effectiveness and Training need analysis are one or are totally different.
If they are different then what can I write for my project.
My project is almost finished.
I am attaching my project kindly suggest for any change.I need to submit my project before 30th November 2007.

hi sapna,
as you have rightly guessed, both are the opposite sides of the same thread.
training need analysis is generally the first step and evaluation of effectiveness is last.
you will get a lot of material on effectiveness if you go by models used for evaluating training effectiveness like
kirkpatrick's model,
warr's ciro framework
cipp model
daniel stufflebaum model
control experimental approach
etc etc
