Hi everyone, I need your advice regarding this matter. I am working as HR in private company. My boss has hold my salary for the last month which i have already worked. Reason is recruit some staff as replacements based on first approval. But i was not told in written that they will hold the salary.When i question they are not replying. What should i do on this matter?
