I am working with a Pvt Ltd company and currently on probation period. Suddenly, my company sent me a termination letter to my personal email id instead of my official email id. They have also threatened me to pay the previous salary and dues.
The charges against me are as follows:
1. Poor performance
2. Making fake TA DA bills
3. Not attending market visits
I believe these accusations are completely untrue, and I have sufficient evidence to support my case.
Please advise me on what steps I can take in this situation.

During probation, you can be terminated without assigning any reason. This clause may be included in your appointment letter or service rules. They have given reasons too.
Having said that, you stand a chance to put up a fight with them and deny all charges on record. Give them 15 days for reinstatement and withdrawal of Termination. Approach them politely, meet them, and get a sense of their feelings. They may appear cold, but your sincerity to work hard and request for 3 months to perform better to their liking.
I understand this may be the beginning of your career; don't expect too much. Keep moving forward and explore opportunities for growth.
