Hello all HR professionals,

I need to create a bond for one of our employees. The employee is going for an official foreign visit on behalf of the company. Therefore, I am seeking assistance in drafting this document. I intend to specify in the bond that the employee cannot leave the company within nine months of their foreign visit. Please provide guidance on this matter.

Thanks in advance.

Hello all,

I need to create a bond for one of our employees. The employee is going for an official foreign visit by the company. So I want your help to create that. I want to mention in that, the employee can't leave the company within nine months of the foreign visit, as well as I want to show the charges like flight charges, hotels, etc., what he has to pay to the company in case he breaks the bond. What else should be mentioned in the agreement? Kindly guide me.

Thanks in advance.

The proposition contained in the query is strange. What is logic or rationality in that the employee is to be restrained from leaving the company after the 'foreign visit'?

The company is spending money for that particular employee for his training, food, and lodging abroad. In return, if the company is asking him to serve only one year to utilize the gained knowledge and expertise, then what is wrong with that? All employees are not that loyal, right?

The original posting does not mention of any 'training', but only 'foreign visit'.
