Dear Experts,

We are planning to prepare a bond for employees to encourage them to continue working with us long-term. Could you please provide the legal bond format for this purpose?

These are the terms and conditions:
1) As long as the company is operational, employees are not allowed to leave the job, and the company cannot terminate employees under any circumstances.
2) Regardless of the company's situation, employees' salaries will not be withheld.

We are looking forward to your prompt reply.

Thank you.

Actually, Bond, whether employment and/or otherwise, is illegal, unlawful, unethical, and some sort of coercion, forcing someone needy for livelihood to serve and lopsided not between equals.

A better option is to execute a mutually acceptable contract only when the contracting parties, especially the one "looking for a subsistence, as it were, in the shape of employment" and so operating from a non-strength position, thoughtfully understand the implications of entering an employment contract for a longer period.

An even better option is to inculcate a surrounding where the employed ones are empowered to evolve as achievers and continue to be and remain so lifelong/till superannuation. There are establishments/organizations in our society that are so built and thrive on that advantage.

Seeing is believing. Engage the one (visionary professional manager) who has seen it, done it, and benefitted from it.
