As all is aware that the registration under Delhi Shop & Establishment Act. is not required since kept in abeyance w.e.f. 23.11.89.
Now the question is that in case of organisation incorporated in May'07 there is any need to give the information to Chief Inspector of Shop and Establishment regarding running of business. Which is the important register/documents, necessary to maintain under this act. (without registration in this act.)

Sir, as per your Post, Registration has been made once again complusory post Notification dated 13.11.2009.
However the FAQ's under the website you have cited still maintain that:
"
Whether Registration is mandatory under the Act ?
Answer : Yes, Registration was mandatory under the Act prior to 23.11.1989 since when the same has been kept in abeyance. "
Could you kindly provide me with the link of such notification dated 23.11.2009.
Would be of immenshe help.
