What is the present position of the case? Is it being investigated or filed in a court of law?
Some companies do ask in their forms for details of pending court cases, in which case disclosure is a must with details as required. The best situation is to try to sort the matter out at the earliest.

If I were the HR recruiting you, I would first highlight to my team your court case, as it pertains to sexual harassment. I would need to consider the safety of the female staff.
