Can i leave my company for some medical reason after working 6 days without serving notice period 2 month.

If the reason for leaving is solely due to genuine and serious medical reasons, the employer may permit you to leave the job by either relaxing the notice condition partially or totally, or by waiving it on the grounds of your inability to perform the contract. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the notice amount to obtain proper relief.
