Dear All,
I served in my last job until 02/06/18, starting from 01/02/12. I have completed 6 years of service. Due to a name mismatch, my PAN number is not verified, but Aadhar has been verified. If I withdraw my full PF amount, will it be affected? Will tax be deducted? Is it possible to withdraw the full PF amount without PAN verification?
Kindly reply and help me resolve this matter.
Thanks and Regards,
Shib

Dear Winston Sir,
I have talked to my previous company's HR regarding this matter, but she is saying that if Aadhar is verified in the PF account, then PAN is not required. Is there any solution so that 33% tax will not be deducted from my PF account?
Thanks & Regards,

If the PF amount is less than Rs. 50,000, no TDS will be deducted. After 5 years of service, even if the amount is more than Rs. 50,000, no TDS will be deducted. Previously, the amount was Rs. 30,000. Now it is revised to Rs. 50,000. I have attached the TDS flowchart for your reference.

Dear Shib,
Aadhaar has nothing to do with TDS. TDS is related to the Income Tax Act. You can go by the information provided by Anonymous, but as a precautionary measure, it's always good to provide the same. However, the decision is yours, not the company's.
