Dear colleague,
Apparently, termination of your service for alleged absence for three days and that too bypassing legal procedure is unjustified and illegal. On this ground alone you can file case against your employer. Engage a good labour lawyer and proceed.
If you fall in a 'workman' category, payment of dues on termination has to be made within the expiry of next working day. Since here also the company has failed , this will be additional ground of illegality on their part which should help strengthen your case further.
