ESI Deduction Impact on Salary Increment: Guidelines and Compliance


We have deposited the ESI contribution for April 2018. In the month of May 2018, we increased the salary of employees (Arrears Paid for April 2018). Should we continue ESI deduction until the contribution period or exempt them?
