After working 9 years since jan 2006 as a permanent school teaching staff (librarian) under directorate of education dept., delhi I resigned and joined in west bengal college. I tendered resignation properly and accepted by dept.six months ago. But when I applied for gratuity and earned leave encashment school authority almost denied to pay. Now plz send me some documents related to this so that I get my gratuity soon.

You are a teaching staff as you said. You can very well ask your school authority and also understand the reason of denial.
As far as gratuity, your school authority may not be aware of Payment of Gratuity (amendment) Act 2009 which had made teaching staff in all the unaided educational institutions eligible for payment of gratuity with retrospective effect from 1997.
