Hi, Can somebody help me out in preparing goals & objectives of employees for an MNC.

Dear Srija,
Please note the following:
a) MNC or otherwise, there cannot be uniform goals and objectives for all types of companies
b) Goals and objectives are for the departments or the organisation itself. But it cannot be for individual employee
c) You may design KRAs for the employees. Department's goal will be one of the KRAs of the HOD of that department
d) Designing KRAs requires special expertise. It is not child's play. Please make sure that each KRA meets SMART principle
