If the company has a policy of a 30-day denominator for salary calculations and the last day of resignation falls on a Sunday, in this case, whether the Sunday is paid off or not. As all other Sundays are being paid off.

of course, during the notice period sundays falls in between on last day as per wages act company has to paid that day as employee are not daily wages staff.

Mentioning the type of establishment could have facilitated a more appropriate answer to the query. Any formal resignation, after its acceptance by the employer, would take effect from the date of relief only. I don't think any resigning employee would be relieved on a day that's a holiday for the establishment or a weekly off day for themselves.

if every thing is settled on saturday by cheque in such situation sunaday may be excluded and it depends upon employer
