The topic you choose to post here is on AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence.
Though this topic is hot topic of today, I feel very few HR guys aware of or heard of it.
You should have posted on what is AI and made the readers aware of it.
I know only this much that like any other tool & technique, this tool is also going to make revolution, in HR too. However, I could see impact of it on jobs when you start investing on IT Infrastructure. After employing AI, the work will be delivered with minimal people, efficiently with minimal time.
You are going to survive with upgrading with latest trends / tools like AI.
