I need your help send a suitable reply to below email. Requesting you to go through below emails. This is from one of our staff who is always keep on argueing.

Thank you so much for your mail Shajeer.
1. I was under the impression that company is finding the accommodation otherwise I would not wait for a month to pass by. For me the biggest trouble is depending on someone else for getting my work done. I have been told the policy after few weeks.
2. The day I was told I have to do it myself, being under the pressure as soon as possible, I found a place which caused me problem but things do not end well always. "I visited place in a day and vehicle horns' noise accentuates at night and that is the time I realised it is an issue." I didn't give the detail as I thought people will understand that I don't enjoy changing places and will trust me if I am saying something about my inconvenience.
3. As contract was under my name with that person so there is nothing which affects the Image of Samana. I care of Samana's image and I am part of it Sir, please don't make me feel outsider in every situation.
4. I found place for myself because I was being forced in a place which didn't even have curtains with 25k rent and later on I was told "if you want to stay here. We don't have any other place for you, I was not given a choice. I was given a decision" I can send the screen shot for the same. It is not about 18k or 25k but it should always be worth it, I would not give a single rupee extra if it is not worth it.
5. I am struggling here with packing and unpacking daily.
"Such interactions will create a poor impression about Samana and how we are seen by such service providers."
This line does not give a good impression about me to anyone. We are working together not against each other.
6. I thought people would be concerned about me in this situation as I am the person who is in problem and the owner of that property has nothing to do with Samana as I was dealing with him and he has apologized for his mail as well. Copper folia called me 5 times to get their payments done saying Mr. Shajeer and Mr. Babu are not receiving the calls. I did not say you are harming the reputation because I understand you could be busy. I had to got to Asma tower for two nights because my booking was not done, I did not come complaining about my pains, I had at 9:30 at night. If we complain for everything, it just creates negativity nothing else. For me Samana matters a lot, it is very offensive if somebody blames me about any harm to its image.
7. I have already closed that issue, vacated the place intact, in fact cleaned now, keys are handed over in the building office and rent has been paid for 2 days as discussed before entering into the premises.
8. I forwarded you the mail not because I wanted you to do something in it but just as an update.
9. You put everyone in the loop which is very strange to me and I really can't figure out what you are trying to show suddenly as matter was being discussed between us.
"The landlord also supported you by allowing you to stay there before signing an agreement and advance payment."
It states like I love being in a trouble and I am the one who is not cooperating.
10. I have cooperated more and he knows it well and about his mail he has apologized to me but anyways it has nothing to do with Samana now as I have dealt with that issue.
Anyways thank you so much for letting me know it is my problem and bringing it to the board which I could also do but I believe these little things we can sorted out ourselves. I never go to board saying I have to request 15 times for a single booking for a flight even when all know flight rates are way higher when done on last moment. Few tickets have not even been booked between the chaos. Policies should always be followed and should always be disclosed at the very beginning so that there is no chaos. Honestly, this all is very disappointing. Arguments have no end, they never do.
It is really disheartening for me to reply such thing but anyways I will try my best that I never cause any trouble to anyone and work as per company policies only.

My Email to Staff
Please note that, the company does not have a policy of providing accommodation to employees. However, we realized you were new to the region, we put in tremendous efforts to help you in finding an accommodation. Most of these efforts did not come to closure.
Finally you found a place yourself that you found convenient. We have supported you by discussing contract terms with the landlord and we were also ready with an arrangement for advance payment. The landlord also supported you by allowing you to stay there before signing an agreement and advance payment.
Vehicle noise can’t be controlled by the landlord and also you will have to face this issue if you need to stay anywhere in the surrounding area. You are coming up with this issue after staying for two days there. You would have noticed this when you visited this place for the first time and before moving in.
Such interactions will create a poor impression about Samana and how we are seen by such service providers.
Please close this issue by today as you have discussed with Prem and update me. Also now, you have to make alternate arrangements for your accommodation and the company will pay HRA as per the policy.

Thank you so much for your mail.
I had decided to stay long term that is why moved in with your consent. I was getting an apartment in the same building for 16k and I chose your place because I liked it. I am happy to move out after your this mail. I will pay you as we had decided. I am forced to move out because of the water issue, electricity problem and vehicle noise and continuously blowing horns. I had two restless nights. I had to clean place myself.
I had asked you can I move in if you have no issue, you said yes then I moved in and I am still on my words of 18k monthly. There is n need of trying to belittle me Sir. We would have signed the contract before moving in if you were here, so please don't blame me for that thing. I am happy to vacate today. I will pay per day what I decided as monthly basis. We negotiated because everyone does that if it was not okay with you, you could say NO. It was a mutual need. I didn't make issues of the water and electricity and cleaning problem, I was ready to cooperate.
We Keralites are known for our hospitality and accommodation, in that spirit I let you move in without taking advance. That has been a mistake which I will take care in future.
I respect your hospitality, I didn't say I made a mistake by choosing your place cause I understand things don't workout sometimes. It has caused me more trouble so please don't be so rude.
Anyways Prem lets not make an issue of this. Thank you so much for everything. I will move out today and you will get your payment as well and will send you screenshot for the same.

Landlord Email to Staff
If you have decided not to continue being a tenant, I would like you to vacate as soon as possible. If you want to stay for a week as per our discussion yesterday, the rate would be Rs. 1800 per day. No, further discussions on that as that is the least running rate there for short term stay. I have already had two days of fruitless negotiations including unheard demands like no monthly maintenance charges.
Please decide, you can pay 3 days and vacate today. Or pay me 7 days in advance + Rs 10000 which I will refund when you vacate after 7 days if there are no losses to property. I have also incurred Rs. 300 on stamp paper (Rs. 100 for paper and conveyance charges)
