What are the drawbacks accrued if we exit bulk employees from EPF? In my company, there have been no exits from the start until now (approximately 4 years). It's not possible for me to find out their date of exit. If we mark the exit for all employees who have left on a common date, what drawbacks will arise?

There is no exit from EPF once the employee has become a member he continues to be so. Only thing is that the employer’s contribution could be limited to the salary ceiling under the Act.
