I have a query about the Active Member list in the EPFO employer portal. In this list, many ex-employees are active. I have already marked these employees as left with their respective date or reason. Kindly suggest what steps I should take to remove the exited employees from the active member list.

Employer has no control regarding Active members List in PF Portal.You have already filed EXIT Details.

Dear Ravi Sharma Ji,
Those employees who are not in your employment, fill exit details now by logging into the member profile individually. Date of exit and reason for exit. Forget data mentioned in ECR until November 2016.

Yes, you can go ahead with PF Transfer.You can try filing Transfer Claim Online also instead of Manual Transfer Application

Thank you, sir, for the prompt response. However, I would like to bring to your attention that while transferring funds online, an error message is displayed stating, "Details of the previous account are different from the present account. Hence, the claim request cannot be processed."

It appears there is mismatch of Data in PF Records.hence, submit Manual Transfer Form to your PF Office & follow up
