How the Govt/Tax agencies/Employer, will get to know about the multiple gratuity payments being received by the employee in the lifetime/earlier employments. Thanks

Employee is eligible to receive Gratuity multiple times during different employments. Normally, the amount of gratuity is transferred to the next employer through the Trust, etc.

In case an employee has received an encashment of one or more gratuity claims while switching jobs, how do the penultimate employer and/or tax authorities become aware of this for the purpose of calculating exemptions as per the limits defined in the Act?
