Dear Seniors,
I am about to join manufacturing industry which is in Electric Rickshwa and Bikes products, originally from China and setting up a fresh in India. They are start up at this stage.
Here, they have no HR department and I have to set it up.
Need your suggestion on how to plan the working....what HR statutory compliance and guidelines are mandatory to begin with.
