For any organization, employees are the assets as they are hired which incurs expenditure. When employees are hired and not retained, the bond of employee engagement breaks, resulting in high attrition. Employee engagement, therefore, is one of the important aspects for an organization.

For retaining employees, companies have to ensure they are trained, nurtured well, and provided with good facilities and a work environment.
