Good ebook on JDs. I agree that job descriptions are a very essential part of any organization. Otherwise most employees lack direction and are unaware of their roles and responsibilities.
I worked on the technical JDs in my organization as my first assignment and hence that remains my first accomplishment here!! :)
And I have been asking on every post for help to find a HR job in Pune and no one has been helping me!! :roll: :( I cannot relocate; I am based in Pune with family. Please help; I will be much obliged if you can.
Btw I got rejected at two places because I do not have a Masters!! I am in need of genuine help here.
